Refund and Returns Policy

Abode Marketing is a digital marketing services business. We do not sell physical products, and as a result we do not offer refunds or returns. This page explains how cancellations, billing disputes, and service-related concerns are handled.
Services, Not Products
All engagements with Abode Marketing are professional services governed by a signed proposal, agreement, or statement of work. Because services are time-based and delivered over the course of an engagement, all fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are governed by our Terms of Service and any signed agreement. In general, the minimum retainer period for ongoing services is three (3) months, after which the agreement continues month-to-month and either party may terminate with thirty (30) days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
Billing Concerns
If you believe there is an error on an invoice or a billing dispute, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date at info@abodemarketingagency.com and we will review the issue in good faith.
